Simple Bruschetta

My Nana came over today and brought us some fresh roma tomatoes from her garden. After I finished admiring the tomatoes,  I decided to make a simple bruschetta. It took me about 10 mins to make it 😉



  1. 1 French Baguette-
  2. Chop 3-4Roma or San Marzano tomatoes – Dice tomatoes
  3. 1 Clove of fresh Garlic- Finely diced garlic.
  4. 1/4 cup of Olive Oil
  5. 1/2- Tbs of each Sea Salt & Black pepper-


Get a bowl and throw everything together ( tomatoes, , garlic, olive oil, and lastly add the sea salt and black pepper) Give it a quick taste and make sure it has the right amount of salt.

Then cut the fresh baguette  1/2 inch thick slices.

Preference – You can toast you baguette if you prefer toasted.

Optional– Add  a slice of Fresh Mozzarella Cheese to finish it up.

Add toppings on your slice of baguette and Enjoy!  🙂
