Hey, everyone! I hope you guys are doing well,
I can’t believe we are already halfway through May. It feels like time is going by so fast. I just started my classes at the university. I’m super excited but very nervous about starting a new school. So for this school year, I decided to dedicate myself finding ways to get healthier. During winter, (this is embarrassing, but I somehow gained about 30lbs- ) Yikes!
I began to cut down my calories and I was able to lose about 6 pounds in the past two weeks. So one of my goals is to eat much healthier and add more protein to my diet.I also plan on going to the gym to work out a couple times a week. I’m soo motivate to do this!
