Thankful for Pets

11/1/2016- Day 1 – Thankful for Pets

November is the month that we take the time to express gratitude and celebrate all that we are thankful for.

I am very blessed to have a great support system with my family, friends, co-workers and even strangers.  I’m very lucky to have my  birds and squirrels in my life. I feel that my life has been even better because of the animals in my life ❤

Yellow and Green – Parakeets ( need to get a photo of my little green parakeet)

My true loves- Taco and Skittles.11037633_557775227695762_3869074806616247574_n

Taco and Skittles Babies (1st clutch)

Zinny, Lucy and Sofi

Unnamed babies (2nd clutch)

4/5 eggs have hatched 😀 I have to take more photos of the babies. They’re growing up so fast 😦

My Squirrel family ❤

Also want to include my pets that have died over the past couple of years  😦

Over the last couple of years. I have lost a couple of my pets. I want to introduce you to  Tuco- the conure. He was the most friendliest conure you would ever met. He would cuddle with you and gave you hugs ❤  I have also lost three parakeets 😦 during that awful night. . Tuco was with us for 1 month. He and the other birds died of carbon monoxide poisoning. They all died in my sisters and I arms 😦

This helped us figure out that the furnace was leaking carbon monoxide. Unfortunately, I can’t find a photo of the third parakeet that died. Her name was White. She was a pure white parakeet with dark black eyes. She was a little festy bird ❤

All I hope that all the birds  are having fun in bird heaven ❤

Hi everyone name is Cecilia and, I'm 25 years old. I'm passionate about plants and gardening. At the age of 16, I was bitten by the gardening bugs, thanks to my grandma and my sweet, lovable mama. I plan to share my hopes, dreams, fears, and daily happenings in my life. When the days are beautiful. I enjoy going on road trips and especially go on hikes. I'm just recently graduate from college, and I was able to get my degree in Horticulture- Small Market Farming. Now I'm working on getting my IT innovation Degree at UNOmaha. My dream is to one day possess my own land out in the country, but near the city. Where I can be surrounded by peace and filled with inspiration with a little mix of technology. If you have any questions, feel free to email me :))
