Yesterday 11/21 I was pretty much taking my time doing stuff. I did noticed that I was not able to get down or else it was very painful.
Throughout yesterday. I’ve been eating a lot of protein base food- Lentils, beans, garbanzos (chickpeas) etc. I heard that if you eat a lot of protein based food. It will help you recovery more fast. And lots of vitamin C – Oranges, Lemons, kiwis, strawberries, etc.
I tried not take hydrocodone during the day time because I want to know what kind of pain I was having. The incision was started to sting a little bit. and it started to itch. I was reading that if it started to itch or pain. It was because the incision was healing.
I did not want to relied on medication. So whenever it acted up I got a ice pack and put it on my breast. It actually did control the pain. But I did take the medication and put on a ice pack during the night. This helped me sleep very well. On Monday I have to make appointment with the Dr. Super excited Yay1!!!! After 24 hrs after coming home. I was able to take a shower. As long as the bandage did not get wet at all. It was all good. 🙂
